By using arts and cultural development and the primary tools for engagement, the Alliance, is committed to building local capacity amongst organisations, artists, arts and cultural workers and local community members, to be able to engage, as a community in creative recovery.
Four Queensland-based organisations are the founding members of the Creative Resilience Alliance.
These organisations include:

Crossroad Arts
Through 2011 & 2012, the Creative Resilience Alliance will work with Arts Queensland and, the Australia Council for the Arts, to deliver the Creative Recovery Arts Corp Pilot Project.
This initiative will be delivered in three locations across Queensland – Ipswich, Lockyer Valley and Cassowary Coast. For an introduction to the project, view the video below.
This project is supported by the Australia Council for the Arts, the Australian Government’s funding and advisory body, and by the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland.
