This led me to art therapy, blending my love of psychology and art into a thoughtful, healing practice.​

With a deep understanding of ADHD, I provide strategies to improve focus, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. My approach is rooted in Adlerian principles, emphasizing empowerment, resilience, and personal meaning. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered techniques to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and valued. While art therapy is not central to my work, I incorporate it when requested or when it can enhance the healing process.​
