We accept United Healthcare, Empire, BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, and several other major insurance providers.
Many clients find that their insurance covers some or all of their session fees. Coverage varies based on your specific plan, including factors like deductibles and co‑pays.
If you prefer private pay or have out‑of‑network benefits, we also offer OON billing, sliding‑scale options, and support through Thrizer, which allows you to check your benefits instantly and use your coverage without the usual reimbursement hassle.
We understand that life happens and schedules shift. Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice are never charged. Missed sessions or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a late fee.
