ABOUT CAITLIN
"Every person's journey is unique — and my role is to meet you exactly where you are."
Caitlin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. She creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard as they explore what's been weighing on them and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Her approach is collaborative and individualized — drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered techniques to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and build practical tools they can use in everyday life.
